Es tracta d'un projecte de rehabilitació d'un edifici d'habitatges. Consta d'un local en planta baixa, i tres plantes pis amb un habitatge per planta. La característca més significativa es l'estreta crugia que compon l'edifici i que juntament amb la ubicació central de l'escala determina la distribució. A la façada principal se situa la zona de nit i a la fachda posterior la zona de dia. S'elimina tota la tabiqueria interior creant una espai de cuina menjador ampli i diàfan. Cada habitatge té una petita terrassa creada a partir de la desfrgmentació de la façana posterior de l'edifici.
Se trata de un proyecto de rehabilitación de un edificio de viviendas. Consta de un local en planta baja, y tres plantas piso con una vivienda por planta. La característca más significativa se la estrecha crujía que compone el edificio y que junto con la ubicación central de la escala determina la districbución. En la façada principal se ubica la zona de noche y en la fachda posterior la zona de día. Se elimina toda la tabiquería interior creando una espacio de cocina comedor amplio y diafano. Cada vivienda tiene una pequeña terraza creada a partir de la desfrgmentació de la fachada posterior.
It's a rehabilitation project of a residential building. It consists of a local ground floor and three storey housing. The most significant characteristic is the narrow construction that composes the building, along with the central location of the staircase which determines the distribution of the sleeping area on the main façade and the living area to the rear. We decided to remove all inner division creating a diaphanous kitchen and eliminating the corridors. Each house has a small terrace created from the defragmentation from the rear.
